Mouse Pebble M350

 

Tak dinafikan even kita ada touchpad di laptop kita, penggunaan mouse tetap kita dambakan. Ia memudahkan kerja. Lebih-lebih lagi generasi saya yang memang membesar dengan kewujudan mouse dan keyboard di komputer yang bersaiz besar. Zaman floppy disk besar, monitor tube besar kebelakang, size skrin pula kecil, tak sebesar sekarang. Cuma yang kecil adalah hardware dalam pc tu sendiri seperti speed, memori, size hardisk. Tapi zaman tu dah kira besar. Saya ingat lagi PC saya ada 4 MB RAM, hardisk saya pula 80 MB. 

Generasi sekarang semua main touch screen. Anak-anak saya terkial untuk gunakan mouse. Namun sejak ada online class untuk sekolah mereka, sedikit sebanyak dah reti guna mouse. Tapi saya predict one day they will be using touch screen for their work. Sekarang pun dah ada. Cuma saya sedikit kekok. Espcially when I am using my tab for some work. Kekok betul nak touch. Tapi kalau guna phone okey pulak nak touch touch bagai.

Before this saya gunakan Logitech M337 bluetooth mouse. Lebih bulky dari this new Pebble, but sedap nak pegang. Mouse Pebble ni landai je, kena biasakan dengan norma baru mouse ni becoz dah biasa pegang mouse bulky. Why did I changed? If i'm not mistaken my M337 dah more than one year, I just could not remember the accurate age if it. Grip dia dari getah. Kaler merah lawa. Malangnya getah grip dia dah menggelembung. Makin lama pakai makin tak best rasa. Lagipun its a bit bulky kalau nak sumbat dalam my special pocket di beg thule saya. 

So, I decided to settle for something much more slimmer. After Googling, I came across this Pebble. I do came across the Pebble thing masa nak cari bluetooth mouse but first I thought it uses USB connection, and secondly nampak macam tak sedap pegang sebab halus. 

But when my M337 ada defect fizikal, I thought of trying using Pebble. You can see the product specs here at this link. The main advantage of Pebble is the quietness of it. Takde bunyi klik bila kita press our mouse button. Well, actually ada but very soft. Nak compare to other mice, Pebble memang senyap. The other thing is ianya bluetooth. My MBA tak guna conventional USB, dia guna USB C so basically I need an adaptor. So might as well use bluetooth. Another thing is this pebble ni slim sized. Senang nak bawa dalam beg. At the last thing is ada juga USB Adapter dalam mouse ni, so kalau nak connect to a device yang tiada bluetooth, I can use wireless USB. 

I guess nowadays developer tend to built both. Currently I am looking for a good headphone/speaker for my online sessions and some of the wireless headphones have AUX cables untuk pilihan samada nak guna wireless or wired. 

Pebbles do have various color to choose from. When I went to Harvey Norman earlier, that store has only pink color. I went to Thunder Match and they have few color to choose from. I chose a eucalyptus green. 

So far as I am writing this entry, it is easy to pair with my MBA using bluetooth, low noise when clicking and less expensive for RM 109. I think you can get it less somewhere. And it functions just like any other mouse.
