Celcom Digi Altel Validity

Sengaja saya coretkan cara-cara untuk tambah extra validity Celcom Prepaid di sini kerana saya sering terlupa akan kaedahnya, maklumlah benda ni dibuat setahun sekali dan lately ni dah dua tahun sekali.

Jika kita type

EXP1 dan hantarkan ke 28882 - RM 30 akan ditolak dan tempoh validity adalah 1 tahun.

EXP2 dan hantarkan ke 28882 - RM 50 akan ditolak dan tempoh validity adalah 2 tahun.

Untuk kedua-dua validity ini, anda perlu reload RM 30 dalam masa 6 bulan dari tarikh MULA validity anda. Kalau tak, validity anda akan burn. Maknanya kos sebenar untuk validity adalah kos validity tahun ditambah pula dengan kos reload RM 30 dalam masa 6 bulan. 

Saya baru extend validity saya kepada dua tahun pada hari ini menggunakan kaedah diatas dan berjaya. Cuma ikut sahaja arahan. Apa-apa pun, untuk selamat, pastikan jumlah kredit anda lebih RM 10 dari jumlah yang diperlukan untuk extend validity.

Jangan terkejut kalau tiba-tiba nak buat dah tak boleh. Telco ni dia boleh je tukar term and condition validity ni. So far kaedah di atas dah saya buat selama lebih dari 5 tahun.

Yang ini dah lama tak test sebab validity Digi saya belum habis lagi.

Altel pun ada. Ini saya ambil dari  http://www.altel.my/rewards/#altel365. Tak tau la sampai bila valid.

Type EXTEND dan hantar ke 25835. Nama dia Altel 365. Harga RM 28. Macam biasa kena topup RM 30 dalam masa 6 bulan selepas tarikh pertama extend. Yang ini pun belum test lagi sebab line Altel masih belum expired. Hari tu dah extend setahun.

Kenapa saya banyak line? Sebab saya tinggal di kawasan Urban tapi kadang-kadang main line Celcom saya down. Ini menyebabkan saya ada Maxis, Digi dan Altel.

My Eldest Daughter

Malam tadi sambil-sambil browse blog lama, saya terbaca kembali entri berkenaan kelahiran anak sulung saya pada tahun 2009. Entri tersebut boleh dibaca di sini. Teringat pula gambar anak saya ketika dia baru lahir. Ketika itu saya di NICU dan sempat gambar muka dia.

Ketika gambar ini diambil, dia merenung tepat ke camphone saya. Masa ni dia asyik main jari-jari dia dan hisap ibu jari. 

Dalam NICU, dia lah yang paling besar size nya, 3.12kg. Yang lain semua kecil-kecil. Di bawah pula gambar dia sekarang.

Cuba compare kedua dua gambar dia masa kecil dan besar, rupa tak banyak berubah.

 

Electric Shaver

Sometimes, when we are in a rush or just too sleepy in the morning but still want to shave, using the ordinary pisau cukur with blades is not a good option kerana ada kemungkinan boleh menyebabkan kecederaan. Maklumlah, tengah mamai-mamai. Lagipun, ordinary pisau cukur biasanya kita gunakan dalam toilet bersama-sama shaving gel. 

Saya mula berjinak dengan electric shaver ini before tahun 2010 lagi bagaimana pilihan saya ketika itu tidak berapa memuaskan, mungkin kerana saya beli some low spec shaver. Seingat saya brand Panasonic. I totally forgot the spec except some distance memory regarding my first electric shaver. 

Then I stopped using the shaver as I saw using ordinary pisau cukur is much more cleaner but I've been through times where it is difficult to find the blade replacement. So in 2015, again I bought the Phillips Aquatouch AT 610. 

It was a dry/wet shaver which can be used during shower. Jenis rotary which is described by groomandstyle.com as 

Rotary shavers usually have either three of four rotating heads. They’re particularly good for guys with thick or fast-growing hair, which tends to grow in lots of different directions.  Rotary shavers also have a slight advantage if you don’t intend to shave every day.

They work by lifting the hair away from the face and cutting it inside one of the rotating components. Ideally, you’ll want to look for one with a flexible head, so that you can reach all of the nooks and crannies on your face.

When shaving with a rotary shavers you move it in a circular motion on your face.

Malangnya, bulan lepas, tanpa sebarang tanda-tanda, shaver ini gagal dihidupkan dan lampu led nya menyala. Saya cuba charge shaver ini tetapi tetap sama. Sedikit maklumat diperolehi dari Google showed that my loyal shaver dah kaput. Nak ke center pun satu hal juga sebab lokasi center di PJ dan masa yang suntuk menjadikannya agak sukar untuk kesana. So, kembalilah saya ke pisau cukur. 

Beberapa hari lepas, finally ada budget lebih and I rushed to AEON to buy my new electric shaver which is the Panasonic ES-SL 41R which is also a dry/wet shaver and cordless rechargeable shaver. Sebelum ini saya memang ada satu nose trimmer Panasonic ERGN-30 which I bought from the official Panasonic Online Store and I am so satisfied with the quality.

When I got my Panasonic ES SL 41R for RM 268, the first thing yang saya perasan is the size is smaller than my previous Aquatouch. This new shaver is not rotary but foil shaver with a built in trimmer. My previous Aquatouch does not have a trimmer.

So, as my new shaver is foil, my shaving style must differ a bit from my previous Aquatouch. Again, according to groomandstyle.com,

Foil shavers feature a thin layer of foil which covers the oscillating blades — this has two purposes. The first, is to help lift the hair away from the skin to that it can be cut neatly and closely. The second, is to limit blade-on-skin contact, making foil shavers somewhat kinder to your face than rotary shavers.

Foil shavers usually come in either three or four-blade varieties. A four-blade foil shaver will shave you faster and closer than a three-blade shaver.

When shaving with a foil shaver you move it in straight lines on your face.

groomandstyle.com also says that guna rotary in advantage dia ialah great for fast growing facial hair and thick dan juga sesuai untuk mereka yang tak suka shave everday. Advantage foil pula ialah ia it is kinder to the skin, more close shave dan juga shaving lebih precise.

After few days guna my new Panasonic, in terms of skin irritation, memang kurang compare to during my first few weeks guna Aquatouch. Dari segi close shave, tak nampak banyak beza sebab maybe range harga kedua-duanya berada dalam kategori lower-medium end. 

Sebenarnya terdapat pelbagai lagi shaver yang lebih bagus dan mahal tetapi I need to adjust my needs according to my wallet. Electric Shaver seperti Braun memang tak berapa mampu lagi especially bila browsing through electric shaver, I found out that electric shave ada yang harga ribu-ribu not only for Braun but also Philips and Panasonic too.

So the bottom line is, it does serve me well but sometimes I need to spend 5-10 minutes untuk dapatkan shave yang lebih licin and this applies to both old and my new shaver. Compare to a minute or two with the ordinary blade. 

Buying Perfume at Mitsui KLIA

And again, me, my wife and the kids visited Mitsui last Sunday. Saya bekerja separuh hari last Sunday so after reaching home from office, rehat sebentar and off we go. 

Perjalanan ke Mitsui was around 45 minutes. Kenderaan pun banyak, so mode slow-mo was activated. My intention was to find a birthday present untuk diri sendiri which saya dah tetapkan sebelum ini iaitu Perfume. Before this survey at shopping malls and retail shop, cannot tahan the price, 100ml standard around RM 280-RM 400 ( for my selection of perfume, I know there are perfumes that costs more). 50 ml pun dah reaching RM 250 for my desired perfume. 

So when I reach Mitsui, as usual terus ke My News dulu belikan jajan untuk budak-budak ni and then singgah kedai coklat, jajan untuk budak-budak ni and my wife. Then baru la ke kedai perfume, namanya Beauty Scent. Masuk-masuk je dah melambak perfume 50ml-100ml tengah sale just RM 100. Masuk dalam lagi..ada perfume sale RM 200 ke atas. Paco Rabanne 1million, BlackXS and Invictus set, price is RM 250. This is set ya ladies and gentleman, which consist of 100ml EDT, 10ml EDT in travel bottle (spray) and another 100 ml of body shampoo. Gilos, this would easily cost nearly RM 300 or more outside.

So as usual, my perfume is chosen by my wife, and she chose Paco Rabanne Invictus set which costs me RM 250. 1 Million set costs RM 240. Black XS saya lupa whether its 240 or 250. All the sets consists of things yang saya mentioned above. Dunhill Icon 100ml RM 290 standalone bottle. Dunhill desire 100ml I think costs around RM 200 or RM 220. Last week saya ada tanya satu kedai ni, dia jual Dunhill Desire 100ml around RM 290 with free plastic bag.

So when I had mine, wife nak beli Elizabeth Arden Green Tea EDP 100ml ..costs RM 100. A quick search online reveal the ONLINE price of Invictus around RM 290 (standalone-not set) while the Green Tea was around RM 250. 

So here we are, back home with our new perfumes. Masa nak balik pun slow-mo sebab bukan kerana kenderaan banyak tapi sebab letih. Asar dan Magrib di surau Mitsui.Total damage was  RM 8 for parking (it's RM 2 per hour ya), RM 30 belanja makan budak-budak and wife, RM 30 for chocolates and RM 350 for two perfumes including one perfume shampoo and 10ml travel perfume. Don't forget toll, RM 6.20 x 2.

Macam biasa, rambang mata kat Mitsui, tersangkut wife beli Levi's jeans for RM 179, wife kata murah dari harga luar. Sampai sekarang belum pakai sebab belum alter kaki. Bottom line is, this is the place for affordable branded materials.
